The Pyrenex x Paraboot down jacket is inspired by our iconic mountaineering down jacket created in collaboration with Pyrenean adventurer Louis Audoubert, Pyrenex's first technical advisor in the 1970s. This reissue, produced in partnership with Paraboot, incorporates the distinctive elements of the original jacket. Featuring a slightly shiny fabric, a loose fit, and a very enveloping natural down filling, it ensures optimal protection during your outings, whether in the mountains or in the city. This down jacket combines authentic lines and vintage materials with an oversized, modern and urban look, ideal for facing negative temperatures.

Water-repellent
A water-repellent treatment is applied to the outer fabric making water drops rolloff and preventing them from soaking into the material. Water-repellent textiles are not designed to withstand immersion or sustained long rainfall exposures.
Windproof
Features a technical fabric (‘softshell’) that insulates against the wind. Ideal when it's cool or windy.
Breathable
We calculate the amount of water (in the form of vapour) that the fabric lets through in 24 hours. The higher the degree, the more breathable the fabric. At 5,000g/m2/24hrs, the garment is considered to be breathable.

Fit & sizing
The male model is 1m89 tall and wears size L.The female model is 1m76 tall and wears size L.The Audoubert down jacket has a loose, slightly oversized cut.

Composition & care
30° machine wash
Tumble dry at low temperature.Down products: tumble dry with 2 drying balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, tap the balls of down by hand to separate them.
Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
No bleaching
